CORE FOCUS® MONEY BACK & RETURN POLICY

We at Core Focus® want our customers to be happy with the goods they buy and be pleased with our service. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange for new, or refund you in full. Please ensure goods are returned within 5 days via recorded delivery to ensure they get here safely.

Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you’ve opened or damaged the packaging, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsellable.

If any items are damaged / broken in the post, please let us know within 48 hours. We will arrange a new duplicate order to be sent to you as soon as possible and our courier will collect the damaged parcel from yourself.

SHIPPING

All of our items are dispatched via Royal Mail: Our Royal Mail orders are not traceable, if this is something you require contact us and we will do our best to help.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail the same day providing your order is placed before 12 noon and will be with you the next working day, though occasionally it can take 2 – 3 working days depending upon stock levels and the size of the order.

There is no need to worry about being at your address for delivery, as we have developed the product packaging with the consumer in mind, thus using a postage friendly pot.

All orders must be made by 14:00 on the day of order to ensure same day despatch. This is to ensure they are picked and packaged in time for our courier pick-up in the afternoon.

We do not post items out over the weekend and our courier does not work on a Saturday.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, you can have your order sent to any different address to the one you have registered on your account; many of our customers take advantage of this. Please edit your delivery details at checkout.

HOW MUCH IS P & P?

Post and packaging to anywhere in mainland UK is free on our product due to our innovative packaging design.

COMMUNICATION

We have several different e-mail addresses for different queries. These & other contact information, can be found on our Contact Us link on our website or via Company literature or via the Company’s stated telephone or mobile telephone numbers. We would also encourage you to interact with us via social media.

DATA PROTECTION

All personal information passed to the Company by the Customer is maintained by the Company purely for the purpose of the Contract between the Company and the Customer. At no time will personal information such as names, email address or bank details be passed onto a third party unless it is necessary in The Company’s absolute discretion to disclose the same to a Court of Law or other law enforcement agency or official body

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Where the Goods include designs or works of art, these are prepared by a designer or artist who owns the copyright in those works. You have no right to make any copies or adaptations of any of those Goods.

FORCE MAJEURE

We will not have any liability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations on account of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, and act of nature, terrorism, war, internet disruption, power failure, strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labour. In any of these circumstances we reserve the right to cancel (or, at our option, to suspend) the Contract.

These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and us. You are accessingof this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

 

 

Delivery FAQ’s

The price of delivery

Due to the innovative design of our packaging it allows us to post our products to you free of charge, this only applies to mainland UK. There will be a charge on delivery if you are ordering from outside of the UK, these charges will vary according to your location, and you will be made aware of these charges at the checkout.

Choosing a delivery day

Unfortunately we do not offer this service at the moment, due to our product being sold in a small tub, there is no pressure to be around for delivery as the postman can just pop it through the letterbox. We will always endeavour to post our product 1st class with royal mail which should arrive within 1-2 working days.

Do you deliver to my part of the UK?

We deliver to all postal locations in the UK, with the exception of PO Box numbers.

Will I be informed as to when my delivery will arrive?

Our courier, royal mail usually tends to aim for next working day delivery with first class post, but we advise to expect a 1-3 working day delivery time, if you experience any problems with delivery we urge you to contact us at contactus@corefocuspro.com

Is a signature needed for delivery?

Unless you request a tracked delivery (at an extra cost) a signature will not be needed as discussed in question one, the product will simply be posted through your letter box.

Will my purchase be delivered on the weekend/bank holidays?

There will be no deliveries on bank holidays as our courier does not provide this option, if you place your order before 1pm on a Friday you can expect to receive your delivery on Saturday, if you do not place your order before this cut off point, you will receive your package first thing Monday.

Do you deliver outside the UK (Europe)?

Discount codes

From time to time the Core Focus® team will offer voucher and discount codes etc. available via our Website, Twitter, Facebook and Google+ etc.

Do Core Focus® voucher codes have an expiry date?

Yes, all of our voucher codes and discount codes have an expiry date. We’ll tell you what this is when we promote the code via our social media, such as Twitter, Facebook or Google+. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw all discount codes and offers without notice.

How do I redeem a Core Focus® voucher code?

Select the products you want to add to your basket and click the link which says “voucher code click here”. This will reveal a box into which you can enter your code.
If it has expired or is not valid for the item you want to purchase, an error message will appear at the top of the basket page.

Why have I received an error message?

You’ll receive an error message if you have entered an out-of-date code, input the code incorrectly or have not met the requirements of the code.

Some codes are only valid for certain products or certain minimum spends.

Can I use Core Focus® discount codes with other offers?

No, you can only use one code at a time. If you add more than one code the second one you add will override the first and any free gifts you selected or discounts that were applied will be removed.

Free Offers, Promotions, Discount Codes & Samples etc.

All offers, promotions, discount codes & samples etc. only apply whilst stocks last and can be withdrawn without notice. For samples, you can choose one of each product available (maximum of 6 per person) and not one of each flavour. Please note, one free sample order per person.
